1. Entertainment only

Decoded Dog produces AI-generated reports about dogs based on user-supplied DNA breed breakdowns. These reports are for entertainment purposes only. They are not veterinary, medical, behavioral, or training advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health-related concerns.

2. Purchase & delivery

When you submit your dog's profile and complete checkout, we begin generating your report immediately. Reports are delivered by email, typically within five minutes of payment. If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder; if it is still missing, contact us.

3. No refunds

Because each report is generated specifically for your dog at the moment of purchase, all sales are final once the report is generated. By completing checkout, you waive any right to a refund.

4. Accuracy

We make no warranty about the accuracy of any breed-related statement in the report. Content is generated by an AI model and may be incorrect, generic, or inconsistent with your dog's actual personality or care needs.
